(“us”, “our”, “we” or “Hanut”) and govern your use of all the text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials (the “Materials”) and services (“Services”) that we may make available to you through any area of the www.hanut.us website (collectively with the Materials and Services the “Site”) and any software that we provide for installation and use on a mobile device that permits you to access and use the Services (each, a “Mobile Application”).

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING THIS SITE OR A MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE OR ANY MOBILE APPLICATION.  AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ALSO CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE HANUT PRIVACY POLICY (THE “PRIVACY POLICY”), WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN.

INFORMATION, STATEMENTS AND REVIEWS FROM SUBSCRIBERS REGARDING PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE UNITED STATES FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.  RESULTS, IMPRESSIONS AND SATISFACTION MAY VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCORRECT. HANUT ASSUMES NO OWNERSHIP, ACCEPTANCE OR LIABILITY RELATING TO SUCH STATEMENTS.  

Hanut reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will inform you of any modifications to these Terms by posting them on the Site.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to revise the products and services available on the Site and to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so. We may also impose rules for and limits on use of the Site or restrict your access to part, or all, of the Site without notice or penalty. If we make any material modifications to the Services or our price for any of our Services, we will notify Hanut subscribers by email at least 10 days before such change takes effect. If you object to any such modifications, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Site and Mobile Applications and, if you have a subscription with Hanut, cancelling that subscription by emailing logging into your account or emailing us at contact@hanut.us  and following the instructions, if any, we provide you in response to your cancellation request within 30 days of your receipt of our notice of changes.  Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of any such changes.

Registration and passwords

In order to access certain services on the Site, you will be required to register for an account with Hanut and provide specific information. All information you provide must be truthful, and you may not use any aliases or other means to mask your true identity. Any access codes or passwords for the Site should be safeguarded at all times. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use of the Site under such access codes or passwords. Should you believe your password or security for the Platform has been breached in any way, you must immediately notify us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice. You are responsible for complying with these Terms when you access and use the Site or use the Mobile Applications.  It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain all equipment and services needed for you to access to and use the Site and Mobile Applications as well as paying related charges. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hanut LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Hanut has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION AND DEFENSE

As a condition of the use of the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hanut LLC  and its respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, and suppliers from and against any liabilities, losses, investigations, inquiries, claims, suits, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or otherwise relating to your use of the Site, including without limitation any User Content submitted by you and Claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these Terms & Conditions.

SEVERABILITY

 

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Hanut LLC reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Shipping

 

Hanut Boxes are shipped out every day Monday through Friday. Hanut box shipped via Standard Shipping may take between 2-8 business days to arrive. Hanut box shipped via Expedited Shipping are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, it can take between 1-4 days for your package to be delivered in the US. For residents of Canada, Hanut box may take up to 10 business days to arrive once shipped. International shipments outside of Canada may take up to 20 or more to arrive once shipped. Customers that choose Expedited shipping or International shipping will be required to pay additional shipping costs. Expedited shipping and International shipping fees are excluded from any promotional offers.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

 

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. Refunds may be issued in rare instances at our discretion.

Products

​

Products will contain at least the quantity of snacks guaranteed in the product listing. A snack is defined as an individually wrapped piece of food of any weight or volume. Due to the varying nature of the products and inventory, there is no guarantee that a particular product will be included in a given box, regardless of the products displayed in the listed image.

Allergies

​

Some of our products may contain common food allergens; Please note that the Common Allergens listed throughout the booklet available in the box are directly translated from packaging as a reference; we cannot guarantee the presence or lack of certain allergens in the products as they are manufactured externally and we therefore cannot guarantee that the ingredients are accurate or that cross-contamination did not occur. So please consume the snacks at your own risk with careful attention to any personal health concerns.If you are unsure if a product contains an ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction, do not eat it. 

 

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for all products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are liable for submitting the correct shipping address. All changes to shipping address must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to shipping. Hanut is not to be held responsible for any lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or destroyed items as a result of the shipping process.

General Billing

​

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Prices are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.

Billing for Subscriptions

​

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to pay the listed price on a recurring basis to be charged on the first of every Quarter. In addition, an initial payment for the first quarter of the subscription will be charged immediately upon signing up, and will cover the payment for the first quarter of the subscription. Hanut will automatically bill your credit card provided during the initial purchase for the listed amount each quarter or year. If any fee cannot be charged to your credit card for any reason then we may terminate the subscription.

 

Modification to the Service Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, excluding subscription products with recurring payments. Customers with active subscriptions will be given notice of any price changes to their recurring payment amount at least 10 days in advance of the next payment date. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. In the event that a subscription product is discontinued, all active subscribers will be notified of the discontinuation and their recurring payments will cease. 

 

Accuracy of Information
